About Georgia WIC
The Georgia WIC Program is a supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and kids under age 5.
WIC is a federally funded program that provides healthy supplemental foods and nutrition counseling for pregnant women, fresh mothers, infants and kids under age five. The program has an extraordinary 35-year record of preventing children's health issues and improving their long-term health, growth and development. WIC serves over 9.1 million women, infants and kids through over 10,000 clinics nationwide.
The Georgia WIC Mobile Application will give WIC participants the opportunity to view upcoming appointments, view meal benefits that have been issued to them in the clinic, scan UPCs while shopping at the shop to see if the UPC is a WIC Approved item or not, and provide info on spaces of WIC Shops and WIC Clinics across the State of Georgia.
The goal of the Georgia WIC Mobile Application is to give participants all the info they need at their fingertips to create their shopping experience fun and easy.
